
now is the time to reach out for help - to your T and pdoc, friends and family. You need to stay safe. Try to set little goals, like feeding the fish, or making food and eating it like Merlin suggested. Then reward yourself for doing them. When the depression gets bad everything seems to hard so that means that doing anything is a huge achievement that you should congratulate yourself on... try to get out of the house for a bit during the day if you can - maybe for a walk or just to go to a coffee shop for a coffee, its hard work but it helps.
