It's great that you are taking control of your life I hope you can beat the BP back into submission!!!! I think some more T would definitely help, journalling helps me too.
Exercise is great for my mood, it really helps prevent depression for me. If you want to lose weight some of the people on this forum suggested "my fitness pal" which is an app for your phone or computer to count calories. Its worked for me. Best wishes for reclaiming your life
