so glad you posted. it's clear you know what you need. meetings, AA. don't wait any longer it only makes it harder. i've moved 3 times since my going to AA up there. i dove into meetings right away when i moved cuz i knew it would help. i'd cry even before i went-depressed, lonely, overwhelmed. but i went anyway. my life as i knew it depended on this. please keep posting. u can pm me if you'd like too.
ps can you contact your friends and sponsor from whence you came? that will help too if you share your feelings with them also.

Thanks so much for your words of encouragement. I really need the support. I have looked up the AA online site and found the meeting list for here. Now to just go. That first step is the hardest.
