Rape and recovery the Buddhist way? I dont think that there is anything/book that addresses such a specific topic.
When things fall apart is a good book pages 34-35 speak of a woman warrior who was instructed that she must go into battle with fear.
Rape is about power and control. And should be addressed in therapy.
Another great book in the Buddhist realm would be "Insight Meditation" the practice of freedom by Joseph Goldstien.
As a survivior, my thoughts/prayers/meditations will be with you!
