Good for you silver! 'Morn is right about where to find them in the New Testament...

In the front of your Bible will be an index with the names of all the books in it. Old Testament is first, then the New Testament. Sometimes you can go by page numbers instead of looking for the book names...

In the New Testament (NT) in Matthew you might begin reading in Chapter 26. In Mark, Chapter 14, In Luke, Chapter 22, and In John,Chapter 13.

You might be interested also in that the Old Testament gave this event of Christ as prophecy, so the Jewish people would know when their Messiah came. You can read about some of it in these areas of the Old Testament: Isaiah 53 is the main one, all the verses.

That the Messiah would be born of a virgin : Isaiah chapter 7, verse 14 (written like this: 7:14) in Bethlehem: Micah 5:2; and that He would be a descendant of the house of David :2 Samuel 7:12. That He would suffer rejection by his own people: Psalm 69:8, followed by the giving over by a friend Psalm 41:9. That he would be raised from the dead Psalm 16:10.

The story of the Bible is man's need for God. And especially, man's need for a Savior. I believe this was Christ. John 3:16; John 10:9,10-18 and Hebrews 9:12. (These references are in New Testament (NT))

Let us know if you have any more questions, ok? May you find God's love in this, and not fear. : )
