I know how easy it is to put yourself down. I do it a lot, and I've been doing it a lot lately. I can't give you a lot of advice, because I know it's hard as an addiction to change, but if you can find the power within yourself, change it. You're a good person, no matter how many people want you to think you're not. There will always be people who will try to make you feel bad about yourself, so it's up to you to make sure you're not one of them.
