Hey,
So, I'm quitting smoking. I gave my smoking friend the rest of my tobacco, as I didn't want it to go to waste, but hey, I guess that wasn't the best decision because tobacco is just waste anyways! I've had success in keeping away from cigarettes for three days before, and I want to make it an entire lifetime. Fortunately a few of my coworkers are helping me quit, and I'm allowing them to help. They're just being there for me, and reminding me to not act the fool and give into my thoughts.
I don't need a cigarette.
I want a cigarette.
And do I want to fulfill that craving?
No.
And so it begins, with Bipolar, quitting smoking.
Are there any specific things that Bipolar individuals have to watch out for while quitting smoking?
Thanks for reading!
