Dark eyes I found on the internet the symptoms I was describing about the electrical sensation it is due to my panic and anxiety it said it is one of many sensations and person with anxiety and panic gets, so you were right it isn't part of my bipolar it is a separate part of the illness. My moods right now are ok, I am stable for right now. I went to the anxiety forum and am getting some advice from there about derealization. Thanks for everything I will continue to communicate here about my bipolar.
