You have to realize the "high" these types of groups stay on while they are touring... they feed each other with encouragment and faith... and you are home left out. Some of it is because they HAVE to stay strong while singing and such... and they just can't afford to let negative into their life.

I'm wondering if somewhat of a bigger change isn't necessary... I think your wishing to have a chat is good. Unfortunately, most men don't (they just aren't fashioned) to sit and talk seriously about emotions and such.

Men do talk better when they are active in something... I don't know if sports would do it for this guy, but something physical like shooting hoops or at least walking... while talking. Otherwise, they close up, and are too self conscious and feel trapped (I think.)
