Ok - so you are 5' 4" with a medium fame (size: 8) and you weigh 119 pound.... at age: 28
Hmm - well based upon what my doctor has told me I would say that you probably DO NOT need to loose any more weight.... for the range was 120 to 135 to be healthy for your body statistics.
If I may ask? - what exactly is it that you do not presently like about your body image? - hips, butt, thighs, tummy bulge etc.
BTW - - - - I am 5' 2" with a petite frame and I think I look best at 115 pounds.... no thighs then.
