thanks lando ....I'm manic yes...

it's like ummm...lets see, it's like an airballoon that looks empty is cruising along the blue sky and in a panic I worry that it will crash cos no-one on board so I get airborne somehow land in the hot air balloon to save it but just as I get in it goes immediately straight into a thunderstorm...but it's ok...

I'm kinda used to it and sometimes it's just gettin a bit silly creative that gets me through it....

(I take the medication and do all the bits and pieces but as I've described before sometimes there is nothing that can be done for me....in that sense...the mentally ill mind is a resourceful, self preserving sophisticated and incredible thing)
