first off, Do you have a Pdoc and are you on meds? If you are on meds then drinking while on them can lead to depression.
I used to drink like a fish, and drinking can and will amplify depressive feelings. Stopping, or limiting that will help.
Even light exercise is better than none cuz it gets your 'feel good' endorphins going. Maybe just a very light routine for now?
