You've got an inflammation of a portion of the brain and you need to calm that down
with meds, as you are doing, and with changes in your eating habits. Why the chocolate wrappers all around you? What's in them is poison, man, just like sugar is.

Take care of yourself if you want to come back to calmness, no nightmares, and
quietness.

I really do hope you find the answers for you.

Off topic a little I know but I need to correct something for you.

Inflammation of a portion of the brain!! Noooooooo!! The university graduate psychiatrist has much to learn!

And sugar would only be a problem to those who may be diabetic.
