I envy you. I am too heavy (186) for running plus I have urinary stress incontinence that is triggered by pounding on the floor. So I have to just walk. My goal is to have the pace of 15 mins per mile, but usually I am more like 16-17 mins per mile these days. If I manage to lose weight, and I doubt that I will, the stress incontinence would improve and I might be fit enough for running.
