Yep, "It's a Big, Wide, Wonderful World We Live In" and I'm not hypomanic. (That's the name of a song,by the way). You'll find, though, Doublemonkey, that the rational view doesn't allow probably for the fun of the "feeling temperament", though that has a very special place in the hearts of us all, probably. (One psychiatrist said to me once, "you let your feelings get in the way of your thoughts". Make sense?)

I found the secret is to let the emotions out gently rather than to hold them in and explode. (And I've done that before, too, just recently with a jack@#! of an attorney.)

I understand, in part, what you're trying to convey. Getting it all out helps to keep the goodness inside, maybe. Just try to keep it safe, as Trippin' says.
