Are some people naturally more disciplined with themselves than others are?
Can you learn it, even in your 40's?
I want to go per diem at work, my husband thinks its a good idea too.
My goal is to focus on my health- mentally and physically and of course on my family. This being- reading, journaling, exercising, eating better, going to meetings, spending more time outdoors and maybe taking a class.
Anyone know how I could go about my day less distracted? I'm afraid I'm going to just waste away the free time I will be having (like by watching soaps and being on the computer too much).
I hope I made sense. A lot of times on here I feel like I make 0 sense.
