You make sense

I am not a naturally disciplined person AT ALL. I am the ultimate procrastinator. But I needed to be on top of myself totally this year. It was a pretty huge change. I used a LOT of schedules, incentives, and incremental changes. Basically, my schedule for the first couple of days was very lax, and it got more and more complicated. Easing into it might be the best way to go if you aren't very disciplined to begin with. Also, once I got used to the scheduling, I was a lot less distracted in my life, and much more willing to do productive things.
