Depending on if you were unable to complete your first bachelor's degree way back when because you interrupted your studies to raise a family or whatever, there used to be (don't know if there still are) funds and Centers for the Continuing Education of Women (CCEW) at many unis. The regular federal grant application (for pellas etc) is the same as for young people. I think the GRE site or something points to scholarship sites, you just have to page thru all of them - or select - and see if you match their offbeat criteria.
