I have had this strong urge for a while now, on and off, and tonight it's very strong.

I don't want to cut my arms, or my legs, or stomach like I used to, I want to go for my neck.
I don't want to do it to die, I want to do it because I have no satisfaction from self-harming anywhere else. I need more, I need it stronger.
