Yup! Ya know, thinking about what you have said, I would appologize even if the subject was "iffy." Even though I'm opinionated, if I sit and think about something, I can usually sort it out and find SOMETHING that is positive or that I could give to the other person. Maybe I'm too close to the situation right now. Some time of retrospection is needed.

There are a couple of things right now, I think. I could start by apologizing for not giving her the flowers personally. I certainly would do it differently now!
