Yeah I agree that we cannot medicate our animals like we do humans without the VETS say so..... that's how I know that Benadryl is safe for doggies, for one of my 4 dogs have a itchy skin problem and the vet said to give him Benadryl if I needed - for skin disorder and allergies to fleas.

I was just asking what others might have given their dog for a fever in the past, for I have never had to deal with that part of having a sick doggie..... BTW - she finally ate a full bowl of dog food last night (after 4 days of picky eating).
