Good news, maybe it's the summer weather, hope she feels better soon.
Asprin, enteric coated or buffered only, dosed according to lbs/kgs of the dog is okay, and as directed from the vet.
Years ago, my one dog had an allergic to a checmical in one of the ear cleaners my vet used, we found out that particular one she can't have in her ear, but after that her ear swolled and was very red, he instructed me to use 325 Buffered aspirin, and NOT the regular kind, which can cause upset to stomach, long term ulcers.
We came across a good ear cleanser which agrees with her, even smells nice too.

Both my dogs have short fur and long ears, long eared dogs due to lack or minimal air getting inside tend to get build up and odor. Hounds, like Basset can even develop yeast infections in the ear.
Oops! I got off topic.

Needed to share this info from my experience, in fact my weims are due for cleaning, I do this at home, kind of ycuky but my one dog actually likes it, the young one hasn't learned yet. ha!ha!
Benadryl is good to give (according to weight of dog)for wasp, and other "nasties" (insect bites) helps reduce the pain and swelling due to reaction from the sting.
Take care now, and know that our dogs wil always love us.
