There are some videos on youtube about how to cover up more superficial scars with make up etc but to be honest i think your options are pretty limited - i personally always wear a hoodie or long sleeved shirt, as our weather is always pretty sucky this works for me. Other options are of course surgery to remove the scars or scar cream to help reduce the look of them over time. Hope ive been of some help.
