TY so much for your encouragement and kind words... I like your attitude. To heck with 'em then.

It was kind of a first for me to see a depression coming and do something to avert it. Normally I would wait like it was a hurricane and just do the repairs afterwards. What a difference it makes to have the kind and very caring support from everyone here.
