It's been awhile since I was last in T...I was seeing someone at school weekly but I didn't think it was really doing much...probably because I have a really good connection with a T at home. Anyway, things have gotten kinda bad lately...I've been feeling pretty depressed and my OCD has gotten pretty bad again as well. I called my T and left a message with her saying that I wanted to see her a couple of times before I go back to school at the end of next month and I'm hoping she gets back to me tomorrow, or really just ASAP. I can't go back to school like this...I won't make it through the semester.
