My cruel husband filed for divorce, wants custody of everything, kids are confused, I'm trapped w/$12 he's sitting on 3 million of assets & because I have bi polar, failed back surgery; he's painting me unfit, incompetent neglective & a junkie. All the lawyers are chasing the money & couldn't care less & I don't know what to to. His idea is $1,500/month continent on proof of 10 job applications/week! My children are scared, I'm afraid of his abuse & maybe someone of you who have gone down this path can tell me where it starts & how to stop being a pathetic victim. I believe he just bought our judge - NV is a no fault, community property state. His plan is for me to live in Government housing eating Government cheese. Anything from anyone?
