As far as films go: my husband brought home a film once. It was called 'Tidelands' or something like that. While watching it, i felt like it was an allagory to my life. Amazingly my h said 'That little girl is you.' I felt like it too. The film is triggering and it triggered me for weeks but i think that little girl was dissociative.
