Sometimes it can be pent up energy. When there is pent up energy it can be hard to feel calm... Sometimes it can be our body telling us we need to exercise. Some good ol jumping around (I like dancing in my room where noone can see me lol). Get the adrenaline / endorphins flowing... Then after a while of that I feel nice and calm... Good old endorphins... Bodies natural opiates...
