Well, Since Nevada is a NO FAULT STATE what good is it going to do to "buy" the judge??? Won't the judge still have to go by Nevada Law???
And he's going to have to have some DARN GOOD PROOF to prove you unfit.  I hope you have plenty of medical records to prove otherwise.
Do you have an attorney? I hope you have a good one because you MIGHT need it. If you don't, get one.
Being a no fault state, assets are SUPPOSED to be divided 50-50, but I don't know what this creep has up his sleeve -- whether he's hidden his money somewhere or what. From the sounds of him, I wouldn't put it past him.
