I read the bit bout @ work n the bathroom, n unfortunately I can say yeah me too to that
one day @ work i spent most of my lunch break in the bathroom digging a safety pin into my arm.....actually come to think of it i've had several random bathroom experiences at work, school etc.
anyways just wanted to say that yeah i get that too and it is kinda scary how relieving it can be
