I've been working my way through videos featuring Kay Redfield Jamison, Ph.D.
I read a lot and listen to a lot of podcasts and CDs during the day while I'm at work. It's a welcome change to watch videos when I get home and need to unwind. I've had the TV turned off for almost a year now, and I'm learning that TV puts too many triggers right in front of me.
Anyway...
I've skimmed a few of her books and need to download them to my Kindle and dive in.
Really like hearing the perspective of a mental health professional who shares the disease.
This is a link to the video that I started with.
