I see my T on Thursday. Maybe we can talk about it a little bit. I often want to talk about stuff and then it goes a different direction and I don't think of it. It was given to me by the wellness coach, so maybe T would discuss it with me. Maybe I'm doing it wrong and I'm not supposed to be going into the whys so much.
