I used to drink like a fish, and drinking can and will amplify depressive feelings. Stopping, or limiting that will help.
Even light exercise is better than none cuz it gets your 'feel good' endorphins going. Maybe just a very light routine for now?

my dr. knows that i drink. i told her that i drink every weekend. she doesn't like it, but she said it to keep it to 1-2 drinks. my drinking did go up though.
i usually exercise at least 5-6 days a week, but have been slacking off for the past couple of weeks. i'm hoping i'll feel better once i get back into it, even if it's only a little
