i think, IMO, the best sollution to feeling angry, uneasy, frustrated etc is just to talk about what it is thats making you feel that way, even if it means writing it down on A4 paper, then ripping it up afterwards, or even just sitting at a computer and typin it usually helps, even if you delete it straight after. nobody needs to see what you type, thats just if you decide you want them to. i find singin helps me, as it does others who have posted.

but if you feel these tantrums continue, and you find yourself getting increasingly angry, councilling is a great lifeline, as i well know.

there are many options out there, i sometimes do all of them, singing and councilling are the best for me as you can really vent some frustrations, if you listen to power ballads, real emotional songs, and just sing at the top of your voice and fill your voice with your emotions, it really does help. singing is a wonderful way to release it, i am currently trying to sing proffesional so i do hold a strong opinion of it.

try these out, at least a few times, just to see what it does, and with the writing, you can go as deep into your emotions as you dare, and ripping it up resembles you tearing through your anger, upset and frustrations, therefore freeing you of it.

but theres always the other possibility of talkin on here, as im sure you do do already, im a great listener if you want to private message, and im sure i can offer advice and opinions too.
