I am running a 5K with a friend next spring, and it's been YEARS since I ran, so I know I will need lots of training to get back into it. I'm using the Couch 2 5K program, but I know I will need to repeat weeks a lot because I'm so out of shape! It took me a couple of tries to find the right pace to even complete day 1!
Anyone else doing running training?
