Am very sorry to hear about your friend, always very sad to say goodbye to someone.

Same, as sorts, to your ex huh? But here's the good news - there's loads of people out there who will like you, just get out there and meet some new friends! Easier said than done, I know, but its the best way to go. It would be good to have your support network 'net' as it were cast a little wider too, so you dont have to rely on any one person.
