did some things today for myself. had to reorganize time table such as it was and completed tasks however simple. trying to gear up for something but bureaucracy making things very slow. I have to set up appointments and discuss different things in order to keep busy and motivated to keep distracting myself. So because of these achievable tasks, I have been able to not dwell on depressive moments. Or become compulsive with different distractors away from the important things. Sleep still an issue, hoping to try without sleep med on w/e to see if that is successful.
