Either way, don't fight it directly. Observe it. Catalog what you find actually satisfying and what doesn't really do it for you. A big part of it is stress and fighting against yourself just makes it worse. Judging yourself is not helpful. If you can get to a point of accepting yourself and your habits the way they are, you can drain off a great deal of the pressure.
