i don't know if it means that it is issued tomorrow or i will receive it tomorrow????

i'm applying for a job here in town tomorrow a.m. i would have insurance and the pay is very decent. it would be for the school district. i am considering the expenses of driving into Austin to the Psych Hosp and the wear and tear on my car. i can walk to this job.

and i would have time to work on my photography/jewelry/stuff.
