You're right --- that's all ANY of us can do. Take it one day at a time, and do the next right thing.  Tomorrow isn't promised, and yesterday is gone.
Yes, it can be hard to live in today, but that's all we have! And for me, it's easier to just live in today. I can go pretty whacky if I start living in tomorrow! I used to do that before I joined AA, and it got me into a lot of trouble.  Plus I dwelled in yesterday alot too, and boy that's a bad thing to do. My head is a bad neighborhood, and i shouldn't go in there alone! LOL
So today is where I'll stay. Usually it's pretty good, although sometimes it can be tough. But with the help of my Higher Power, I'll be okay. And you will too. God bless. Hugs, Lee
