The 6 minors: Life events - 31, Depression - 47, Self-Esteem - 50, Schizophrenia - 45, Mania & Bipolar - 35, Smoking - 38.

For me, personally, I just am not sure about the whole manic & bipolar part, but otherwise I think the results may be pretty accurate.
I'm not sure if you're having another breakdown, but I def hope you're not?
I deal with my quirks by writing everything in my blog. I've only started doing this a couple of months ago, but I think it works because it gives me a chance to reflect on my feelings when I read it later. Maybe you can give it a try, if not all ready?

I too don't like to socialize with people unless I absolutely have to. I mean, I can deal with people, I just don't like it. And i don't think it's selfish at all.
