How about just going to a nice dinner somewhere? We do that for our son, and he loves it. I don't think that this is about being indecisive. You sound to me like you are rather humble. I think that the best birthdays are those where others do something for you...or you could simply do something for others like volunteer at a shelter for a day. Just a thought...or two.
