I know about having no money for cat food (or dog food!). I've just sold my house and will be moving to a much smaller, cheaper residence, which will even allow me to pay off my car. I'll still have a mortgage payment (about the same as rent), but pay off all my other bills. I'm actualliy auctioning almost all my furniture and antiques also and going to "uncluttered." I find possessions don't mean much to me anymore. It's just "stuff" and much of it I've dragged from my marriage of 30 years ago. I want to send you a check (just a small amount) when I sell my house.
