have been caught out before...
I've been using myfitnesspal since it was recommended to me on this forum. It's a really easy to use calorie counter app that you can put on your phone or log into on your computer. It has a really large database of foods which makes it easy to use and you can make it remember recipes and meals that you commonly use.
I still need to lose 10 kg (from my BMI figures, I'm 168cm tall) which will be hard cos the last 5-10 kilos are the hardest. I figure I need to start running too - I have the couch to 5km app on my phone too but haven't started using it yet - might start this afternoon.
