Your score depends heavily on how conservatively you answer the questions. For example, awhile back while feeling quite well, I took the test conservatively and got a 104. Then I answered the questions liberally and got a 145. That is a 41 point difference! Some people have a hard time picking extreme answers because they think "it can't possibly be that bad", whereas others have no problem picking the most extreme answers for most questions, even if their symptoms are not really that extreme.
