I went back and read some of your earlier posts to see if I can suggest something that hasn't already been suggested and I found some posts that say you are on medication. So my suggestion is talk with your doctor that prescribed you the medication maybe she / he can adjust the dosage or change the prescrtiption.

I also saw some suggestions for relaxation techniques made by me and some others how are you doing with trying to learn some new breathing techniques and relaxation techniques. Talk with your therapist and he/shs will be able to help you with that also.

Also in the post tr5aumatic stress message boards pinned to the top is a thread called - grounding techniques they may help too.
