...hey thats really good , just remember theres nuthin' to be ashamed of no way. Sometimes when I'm out and about I look at all the people and it occurs to me that most of them must be the 'confident' ones in society and that there must be so many of us who prefer to stay at home....cos we aint like them?...dunno

for the last three months I have hardly been anywhere, but just the last 3 weeks I was popping out for meals by myself in the evening here and there and beats me where I got the confidence to do that?...'the audacity'...hehe

...but next week I gotta get amongst it again...maybe I should buy some sunglasses, I notice most people wear them so no eye contact or maybe wear a motorcycle helmet?...
