Yup, I have. I have Flash, JS, the ability to access port 8080, and pop-ups enabled. I have tried the non-pop-up version. I'm not on a satellite connection.

I am, however, behind a proxy server. I'm wondering if that's causing the problem, and why I'm considering contacting the company to see if they have any idea.
