Gatlin gives you 6 months to complete courses, from what I understand. I don't think LearningLolly has a time limit. You'll have to pay for both of them (looks like a minimum of 400 euros for Gatlin).

If you want certification, or something that could count as a course at a college, you might want to go the paid route. If you are more interested in learning for the sake of it, there are plenty more free sites: just type "free computer courses", for instance, in your favourite search engine.
