Kudos to you for calling see you are doing things right it is so much easier to be hard on ourselves but you are starting to care about yourself. There are many days when I do not care at all these days I just try and fake it and find something to do to ease the demons in my mind. Do not know if that helps but I find when I drank I gave up.
